When world sleeps,
You come to my dream,
To feel each other shadows,
To make me listen whispering of your laughter,
Now it’s a time,
Time to say; your voice is all that I need,
To soothe me to sleep.
As I lie in my bed,
Becoming the helpless; thinking about you,
Wishing to be your blanket,
To get a cuddle the whole night,
Until you open up your eyes to the first signs of daylight.
In the nights I hear myself,
In the scupper ship,
Thinking and sinking into ocean thoughts,
You as a life jacket, you as a thought,
Helping me with your gentle heart.
When the windbreaks on my roof,
I can listen to the whispers and blows of your name;
Feeling your redolence,
Bringing your scent and rain of kisses.
