You’ve been pulling the strand of my revolt too hard,
I guess you’re unaware of the fact
that I’ve tied it to intrepidity,
and the lace only gets stronger and tighter.

“Your screams are major evidence of your grief.”
-Oh well! Why do you unsee the warrior behind the shield of agony??
“You’re too loud.”
-I’m sorry! My silence didn’t help my rebellion reach places.

Why do you have to put me inside a circle??
I’ve had enough of the circle of your never-ending expectations.
You see, I’m a lot more than the society approved faces and bodies.
